-Human Kingdom- mostly religious, believing in [insert god name here], who is the god of truth and hope. They believe under him they can do anything. They believe he is the only true god and following anything else is blasphemy. It is said the first war was caused by him as he has now stated that dragons are blasphemous creatures that were created by hell itself. Most have been raised near a church and are constantly reminded on their belief. Orphans are taken care of by the church, and the church is the pinnacle for even their hierarchy, as the king needs to speak with the high priest before any decisions to make sure their god agrees with it. The high priest is seen as the one closest to their god and that he alone speaks the word of their god. All children and people born within this kingdom partake in daily scripture and worship, they do it at sunset to make sure that all work is done and that all people have no excuses but to be part of it. Most of the people here are extremely loyal to their religion and see no issues with this belief. Their lives have been good under their god and no one ever attacks their kingdom. They are safe from all war other than the ones they cause and the forest surrounding them only has one entrance in and that’s through the front gates where their most elite protect them. Even the lowly peasants are still fed through the church. Any other races within the kingdom are allowed within their church and are accepted, so long as they stay in the back.
-Elves- closest to nature. They believe that all things in the world should return to how they once were, before human or any architecture ruined the land. They constantly seem angry by the massive kingdoms and their waste of space and constantly show some hostility towards actual civilization. They now live in the forests and the plains, in trees or huts made of actual vegetation. They live off what the land provides them. They are sometimes druidic in nature and find multiple ways to return what was given to the earth. They do not push for any wars seeing as how the last time they took a side they were punished for it. They have their own nature goddess they follow, however it is said she isn’t that hard to meet. As elves they have a matriarchy, and even though they are spread out throughout the continent they find many ways to move as one race. Some elves have ventured into other kingdoms, curious to gain more knowledge, as most stay within their current society. Meeting an elf in the woods would go one of two ways for you. Either you’ll meet a very strong nature elf that will help you because you’re part of nature too, or you’ll find a more bitter one, who will hate you for what you are and where they think you live. They can also choose to be aggressive immediately on what happened to them in the past during their kingdom falling. During the fall of their kingdom some were taken as slaves for the bigger kingdoms, or they were saved by people whom they immediately pledged loyalty to.
